Part of the completely redesigned Black Star series, this 7'5" baitcasting model features a high-sensitivity Hard Solid Tip engineered for Chining (bream fishing), light rockfish, and heavy-duty inshore light games. Constructed using state-of-the-art TORAYCA® T1100G carbon fiber, the blank is lighter, slimmer, and significantly stronger than its predecessors without sacrificing torque or bend smoothness.

The specialized hard solid tip excels at working free rigs and jig heads along the bottom, transmitting subtle substrate changes (sand, mud, rock) and delicate bites directly to the angler's hands. Operating in open waters, rock faces, and surf edges, its smooth bending curve and muscular backbone easily turn and lift aggressive sea bream, large rockfish, and trophy rock rockfish (large Mebaru).
