This model change began by rethinking material selection and taper direction to match the game styles covered by each length range across the spinning and baitcasting models. Baitcasting models use a down-lock, lipstick-style winding check; spinning models use an up-lock, slim-profile type.

Rear Grip

The 48XUL through 65L models combine cork with natural wood. The 68ML and 80L+ models pair cork with an aluminum ring accent, built up with premium-grade cork.

Hard Case & Nylon Bag

Comes standard with a tube-shaped hard case and a nylon bag.

Portability

The nylon bag that protects the rod, together with the tube-shaped hard case fitted with a shoulder strap, allows for compact, highly portable storage.

Nylon Bag

A nylon bag that holds and protects each piece of the rod separately. A Velcro-closed flap makes storage quick and easy.
