This realistic bottom-feeding behavior replicates the sunfish family’s instinct to forage for fish eggs on the lakebed—bringing nature's instinct into artificial form.

The SIMSON-5BT achieves this through the integration of a four-joint body system connected via a patented fiber joint rig—a fusion of high-strength fiber sandwiched between VB foam, and a VB soft swim tail. This unique fiber joint structure successfully eliminates unwanted underwater noise that typically comes from multi-jointed plugs, resulting in an exceptionally silent, natural action. This approach avoids alerting pressure-wary big bass, enabling a more stealthy and effective presentation.

The body shape draws inspiration from widely distributed, deep-bodied baitfish such as bluegill, crucian carp, and tanago, which are known to be preferred prey for large bass. Its profile is designed to appeal across a wide variety of field conditions.
