This versatile offset hook can be used for a wide range of purposes, from using it with light lines to dragging big bass out of heavy cover. The attached ring frees the hook, allowing you to move no-sinker worms and other lures more naturally. The swivel also completely eliminates line twisting. The ring and swivel themselves act as sinkers, so you can expect a quick sinking effect when using a no-sinker worm. Even when using a regular Texas rig, the ring frees the worm, allowing you to create a natural action that is not possible with a regular setup. When used with a leaderless down shot that uses the separately sold “Quick Changer Series” attached to the ring, the slip-through ability is significantly improved and line tangles are greatly reduced.
