World standard plug!
Big fish hunter Kozo Okubo produced "Vaprax". We aimed for a plug that has the potential to be used in harsh environments not only in Japan but also overseas.

Vaprax is a plug made to catch all kinds of big fish that can be aimed with light tackle, from black bass and seabass in Japan to big fish in the jungle of Amazon and Southeast Asia and monster fish in the South Sea. There, I learned from Mr. Okubo's abundant experience, "Big fish tend to bite involuntarily with stable but occasionally unpredictable irregular movements rather than regular and stable action lures. Based on the fact that there is, it is made into a plug that can be directed aiming at such an action.

_4 (Formation) System Bait

Vaprax has pencil bait and swisher, and each has a floating type and a sinking type. In other words, a total of 4 items.

As a 4 (formation) system bait, these four types of plugs are the basis.

[Vaprax F] (Pencil bait / Floating)

While the stable long slide is the base of the action, it is possible to create a tricky and irregular strong action with water pushing that is effective for big fish, and a wide range of production is possible depending on the technique of the user.

[Vaprax S] (Pencil Bait / Sinking)

Due to the balance of weight distribution, it sways slightly and sinks in a state close to horizontal, inviting a bite even when falling. It features an irregular dirt by twitch and an action that draws a relaxed S-shape while slightly shaking the body when retrieving.

[ Vaprax Prop F] (Swisher / Floating)

A wide propeller that is small and has a strong water push can be selected to reduce pulling resistance, while the jerk can also produce an appealing water splash.

[ Vaprax Prop S] (Swisher / Sinking)

While shaking the body finely, the propeller is rotated to generate a change in water flow and induce a bite. It is effective to let the fish use the mouth by just winding the slow retrieve without inserting jerk or twitch.

_Performance to catch various targets

Many Japanese lures are made exclusively for specific fish species. On the other hand, there are fields where you do not know what will be a hit in overseas expeditions. It is also a daily occurrence to change the target and aim depending on the conditions. In such a case, fishing itself may not be possible with a lure that has no applied power. It needs to be effective for all fish eaters, not only for salt water, but also for fresh water games.

In addition to the formation system bait mentioned above, Vaprax also has a large lineup of colors. Effective for domestic targets

While setting the concept of global standards, we have been developing and testing it as a game that can produce results in Japan. Especially in the sea bass in Osaka Bay and Tokyo Bay, we have recorded a considerable amount of fishing results. I caught Trevally in the field test on the reef of Okinawa. A plug that is effective regardless of the fish species is also the part that Mr. Okubo aimed for.

Thick design that can withstand harsh conditions

A common story in overseas fishing is damage to the lure. It is a case where it swells due to heat beyond imagination, or it is destroyed by a sharp-toothed target. A perfect solution to these problems is particularly difficult for ABS plugs, but Vaprax realizes a strong body by making the wall thickness 1.6 mm. (Note: We do not guarantee 100% strength).

Dedicated prop that suppresses damage and deformation (prop type only)

Stainless spring material is used for the prop material. It has excellent fracture strength as well as rotational performance. It is hard to deform even when a violent target fights violently, and as a result, it suppresses the deterioration of rotation performance.

Heavy-duty hook, DECOY YS adopted

The hook attached to Vaprax is DECOY's strongest hook Y-S81 # 2, which Okubo trusts tremendously.
