The rod was designed with the shortest possible closed length while minimizing common telescopic rod issues such as breakage and sticking movable guides. Its action uses a highly versatile moderate taper design, providing a broad compatibility range with various lure types.
Rather than using conventional movable guides, this model adopts a unique system where thread-wrapped guides are fixed onto carbon pipes. The advantage of this design is that the inner diameter of the carbon pipe can be finely adjusted, allowing for a more natural guide layout similar to standard wrapped guides instead of the unnatural spacing often found on traditional telescopic systems.
The carbon pipe length is minimized to match the guide foot dimensions, ensuring the blank’s natural bending curve remains unaffected. This movable guide system efficiently transfers blank power directly to the lure while maintaining smooth fish-fighting performance and reliable strength.
