A sticky feeling with a wide release timing that does not seem to be a multi-piece. Allwood reel seat

The Fuji ACS sheet used in BST and BST-EXS is excellent in terms of functionality and matching with low profile bait reels. However, in recent years, the bait finesse dedicated machines have been enhanced, and there are cases where round shape and classical taste reels are used. In the midst of such a wide range of tastes, SS-4 Custom has adopted a wood reel seat that is excellent in matching with any reel.
However, Mr. Motoyama, who had pointed out the drawbacks of wood reel seats using metal triggers for some time, searched for all-wood reel seats with SS4-Custom.
Test the reel seat. It has been redesigned to improve its usability, and has undergone a durability test to become the current shape.

Blank: 15t + 24t graphite. The unsanded finish has been reduced in weight. Achieves smooth bending that does not seem to be multi-piece. A sticky feeling that realizes a smooth cast. Blanks with excellent tension and restoring force that allow you to freely manipulate heavy sinking minnows.

Site top with an emphasis on visibility. High visibility is ensured by wrapping with high visible color threads.

Wood reel seat & cork grip: Wood reel seat is newly adopted after durability test. It is a seat shape that eliminates the feeling of slipping out, which was easy to occur in straight type reel seats with triggers. Compatible with round and low pro type BFS (bait finesse) reels.
The rear cork inherits the Fat & Narrow style to prevent dry hands.

Ferrule: Adopts a spigot ferrule that realizes a natural bending curve and enables smooth power transfer.

Guide: All models use Fuji / Titanium frame K guide. The small diameter setting reduces weight and provides a linear operation feeling. Wrapping with high visible color threads is applied for visibility.

Equipped with a hook keeper that supports movement with the hook set.

The front grip is a high-grade rubber cork that prevents chipping.

The grip end is a high-grade rubber cork that does not slip or get scratched even when the rod is leaned against a rock. Protects the central laser engraved metal ring from scratches.
