REGALIA100, the second LEGARE seabass lure, is a variable action sinking pencil whose movement changes depending on the retrieve speed and flow speed.

It becomes a rolling action in the low speed range, and a swing action in the medium speed range and when hit by water flow. Not only does the action switch naturally due to changes in current speed, but it is also possible to switch the action arbitrarily depending on the angler's retrieve speed.
