Supervised by Yukihiro Sawamura, this model was created in pursuit of true versatility in a bait finesse rod. It uses ML power and a medium-fast taper to cover everything from light rigs to hard baits. A supple tip section connects smoothly to a hard butt through a carefully judged transition section, balancing delicacy with power in one shaft: a quick, responsive tip that makes shaking easy and lets you feel the rig's action and bites, paired with a hard butt you can trust even when working light cover. At 6ft4in — not too long, not too short — it delivers light handling in both vertical and horizontal casting, and gives you the fine control needed to work the rod tip down without slapping the surface. It also shows strong affinity for small-to-medium hard baits, matching a wide range of rigs and lures from jerkbaits and shad to vibration baits, metal vibes, and topwater plugs.
