In freshwater, it's suitable for long-casting bass fishing and trout in rivers and lakes. In saltwater, it's compatible with seabass, bonito, light shore jigging targeting small migratory fish, flounder, and sea bass.

For both spinning and bait models, guides with one size larger diameter than those of the HEARTLAND series are adopted. Additionally, prioritizing durability, stainless steel frames are used, and bait rods feature all double-foot guides.

The grip end features an end cap adorned with the "HEARTLAND LIBERALIST" logo and the birth year "Since 2022" engraved on it.
