What is AYUING?

AYUING is a modern Japanese method of targeting ayu (sweetfish) using lures. Traditional “tomozuri” relies on live decoy fish to trigger territorial strikes. AYUING adapts this concept by casting a lure into position, enticing territorial ayu to chase and strike—turning it into a highly active and game-oriented fishing style that is easy to start and highly engaging.
