Attached to your game vest, Tackle Carrier, and the frame of the Bakkan (a fish bag container).
Also supports the DLoop with the carabiner.

When you pull the trigger of the short stroke, the pliers will close and make it possible to hold hooks with the strength of your choice.
The pliers are provided with a link mechanism equipped with a slippery serration process and a line cutter.
The line cutter supports fluorocarbon and nylon lines. (It may be difficult to cut ultrathin lines or others depending on the parts.)
