General Terms
We are committed to providing you with only high-quality fishing gear. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, we will gladly accept it back or exchange it.
Return Conditions
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item has not been used, maintains its original condition, original packaging, all tags and accessories are intact.
- To process a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping and Return Costs
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part (wrong item, shipping damage, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is related to damage caused by customer misuse (improper use, violation of storage conditions, etc.), shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- In cases where the cause of damage is unclear, the item may be sent for professional evaluation.
Return Process
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, or exchange the item as per your preference.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return confirmation.
- Original shipping costs both ways are non-refundable, except in cases of returns due to defects or store errors.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used items, items without original packaging, custom orders, and items showing signs of improper storage are not eligible for return.
- Exceptions may be made only upon agreement with our customer service team.
