Heartland 721HRB-18
The rod HL 721HRB-18, crafted by Haruhiko Murakami using Daiwa's cutting-edge technology, inherits the lineage of the Hayate and Hayate Nana Type-E. It is based on the timeless masterpiece Hayate, the most supported model in the Heartland series, and changes the taper design from Tubular Power Slim to Fast Taper Design. This is the first time HVF Nanoplus has been used as the main material in Heartland. In areas with little cover such as grass, the tip is kept as is to maximize lure control while maintaining delicacy, fully equipped with X45 to suppress torsion and 3DX for quick recovery from bending. This design reduces power loss due to torsion during casting and hooking, and enhances long-distance casting performance with the supportive effect of 3DX. The taper, designed by Haruhiko Murakami and Heartland, features a smooth bending curve from the tip to the base, a Murakami-conditioned shape, and is specifically engineered to allow precise and accurate lure action as intended.
