Heartland 671LFS -18
The HL 671LFS-18 embodies Heartland's response to creating a long-length rod produced by Murakami that is easy to handle for anyone, anywhere. This model is the first in the Heartland series to use HVF Nanoplus as its main material, finished with a slender, thick-walled Tubular Power Slim. It is fully equipped with X45 to control torsion and 3DX for quick recovery after bending, resulting in a blank that feels light in hand yet provides a solid, reassuring "click" feel. This design reduces power loss due to torsion during casting and hooking, while the supportive effect of 3DX enhances long-distance casting performance.
Following the PE PERFORMANCE concept, this rod features an all-K guide setup. The taper designed by Haruhiko Murakami and Heartland delivers a smooth, uninterrupted bending curve from the tip to the base, known as Murakami condition, which has been meticulously crafted to ensure precise and accurate lure action as intended. This makes the HL 671LFS-18 a specialized tool for achieving targeted, effective lure presentations.
