The maximum depth for straight retrieve is about 1.5m. A natural roll action that eliminates the existence of lines is realized by the body, the lip shape, and the weight balance that suppress the pulling resistance to the limit.
It reduces the sound of the line draining water, creating the illusion that the lure is swimming.

HAMI dirt that stimulates instinct

The long grip adopted to add action allows for quick jerk as well as quick action with just snaps. By rubbing the lips against the structure of the bottom, rocks, and standing trees to jerk them, the movement of the ayu “sucking in” the moss is realistically reproduced as a “HAMI dirt”.
