By applying the new WX technology to our Ultra Dyneema yarn, the world’s strongest Dyneema, we have achieved further strength and significantly improved the linearity and surface smoothness of the yarn. By braiding eight strands of this new WX Ultra yarn at high density, the coefficient of friction is reduced, resulting in less line noise caused by the guide, improved rig drop speed, and a significant reduction in current resistance.
