Changes the nature of hen hackles.Apply small amount on to both sides of hen hackle feather with fingers. Dry it for 5 to 10 minutes and the fibers will be loose. Tie it as wet fly hackle or dry fly hackles. The fly will get a different look and feel.(Not available to ship overseas)
