Versatile spinning pack rod

Mistral-XX was developed with the aim of spinning version LB510+.

Mistral-XX is a versatile spinning rod focused on all domestic and international boat games. Mistral-XX, which was developed with an eye on overseas markets, is supposed to use various lures and confront all kinds of targets. We adopted muscular blanks with tension.

Mistral blanks use multi-axis structure blanks that can be bent to firmly tension the fish. The characteristics of multi-axis structure blanks also contribute to mastering various lures.

The highly elastic Mistral-XX, which can directly transmit the input power, is ideal for operation-type fishing such as jerking. From boat sea bass game, kayak game, overseas peacock bass, barramundi, Toman game, etc. It is the best one for all game fish.

5 years aiming for a versatile spinning pack rod. Mistral-XX was completed after repeated tests. What I wanted was a world-class spinning pack rod.

Mistral has developed rods from both domestic and international perspectives. In Japan, we mainly developed boat games such as boat sea bass and Spanish mackerel and kayak games that challenge from a low position, and overseas we proceeded with the design of blanks with a large freshwater fish eater in mind. Especially when you keep swinging your rod offshore rather than shore, you often encounter unknown targets, so Mistral has the potential to firmly receive the power of fish even in such situations.

Also, casting accuracy is often required for Mistral target fish. Mistral's blanks are firm and can be swung sharply, making them ideal for pinpoint targets and boil shots

Mistral-XX｜fishing style : 

Mistral-68S | 70S : 

The lengths 68S and 70S were developed for kayak games, boat sea bass games, and light casting games. The butt section of this Mistral 68S needed to achieve both high elasticity and power of carbon at a high level in order to establish a game.

Kayak and rowboat targets are diverse, and encounters with monster fish are not uncommon. Anglers can do something with Mistral! I thought that it was necessary to finish it with blanks that you could feel.

In order to ensure the length and power that anglers can feel such a sense of security, we designed a butt section that is about 62mm longer than other closing dimensions. I made a section design that allows you to bend it with confidence. Adding a section increases the effective length and changes the bending point. This makes it a rod with a different atmosphere from other lengths. For 70S, please change the extension grip according to the target and lure.

Mistral-75S : 

The Mistral 75S is configured by adding an extension to the 68S and 70S when you want to cast farther. The 7.5ft length is effective when you need a long casting distance, such as when you want to shoot boils on a boat, search a wide range, or long cast a slightly heavy minnow or pencil.

Mistral-59S : 

Developed as a world standard for short casting games, the length is 5.9ft. This 5.9ft is the perfect length for comfortable casting, lure action and fighting in any boat game. We have made it possible to achieve these three elements of the world's fish eaters, Saso, Kakeru, and Toru, at a high level with lures of all ranges. This is the ultimate spinning bar style model for anglers who want to challenge peacock bass, barramundi, and Toman by spinning. It is also a comfortable setting for short casting games such as mangrove jacking and plating from a kayak.

The RV guide is used for the guide, and the 3000-4000 class reel releases the line smoothly. If you install a reel with a higher count, the line will not converge smoothly, and the flight distance will decrease.

Mistral-61S : 

This is a 59S grip extension model that can be gripped by the side for targets who are worried about facing an unexpected big game with only their wrists. It is a setting for targets and light jigging that require armpits that snatch the lure with an unexpectedly intense bite. The weight of the jig is assumed to be about 100-150g.

Mistral-52S/B : 

A 5.2ft model of the super short version of the Mistral. You may think that it cannot be used because the distance from the reel seat to the original guide is short, but you can enjoy the game comfortably with short distance short casting and pitching.

The reel size that can be used is up to about 3000 for spinning, but the benefits of the RV guide are great, and it is a new form of variable pack rod that can only be achieved with the muscular Mistral. The bait reel depends on the height of the level winder, but the model used for testing can be used without problems.

Mistral-54S/B : 

A triggerless bait model designed for light jigging from a kayak. A model that makes it possible to pinch the side by extending the grip than 52. A small reel can be palmed firmly and can be used for light jigging from a kayak.

It can also be used as a spinning that requires a fight between the sides.

Guide Setting : 

The RV guide set in the original guide has greatly contributed to the development of Mistral-XX. Mistral-XX is established with these two RV guides. By arranging this guide in the appropriate position, we were able to create 9 patterns from one rod. It is a big advantage to challenge fishing while changing the length of the rod at the expedition destination.
