In the development, we have been trying to reduce this by blanking and thinning the spool body diameter, but with the second generation Magnum Light Spool, we have succeeded in drilling holes in the side of the spool, which was previously considered technically difficult. We have achieved a reduction in the moment of inertia of about 10% compared to our previous models, resulting in a significant increase in casting distance.

In addition to the three-mode internal dial of N (nylon), F (fluoro), and PE, there is a five-stage external dial for selection. The Calcutta Conquest DC has a W (wind) mode for use in strong winds. Backlash is suppressed and appropriate braking is achieved.
