Overview
The newly developed "NEW Magnum Light Rotor" has been installed, allowing for significant weight reduction and light winding. The body and rotor materials are made of lightweight carbon material CI4+, and the G-Free body reduces the perceived weight, achieving excellent quick response. It also has high durability performance such as precision cold forged "HAGANE Gear" and "Core Protect" which enhances waterproofing. It is a multi-use quick response model that can be used for a wide range of fishing.

Even sharper quick response
The NEW Magnum Light Rotor has achieved a different dimension of rotational lightness that defies common sense. The secret is that the symmetrical rotor structure that was previously taken for granted has been changed to an asymmetrical design. The "veil return mechanism" that was previously installed on the line roller side has been attached and transplanted to the cam side. Furthermore, by making the line roller lighter, using titanium for the veil, and optimally arranging the rotor thickness, we have succeeded in reducing inertia by up to about 14%.

Even more robust
Rotor rigidity increased by up to 30%
The evolution of the rotor is not limited to sensitivity. The rotor rigidity on the line roller side is an important factor that contributes to drag performance, and the NEW Magnum Light rotor also excels in this rigidity (up to 30% increase compared to the previous model).

G FREE BODY
The rotor, spool, handle, drag knob, etc. have been redesigned in detail to achieve a lightweight weight of 185g for the 2500S model. In addition, the worm shaft is placed on top of the drive gear, and a G-free body is used that brings the center of gravity closer to the hand. The lightweight weight feels even lighter at the experience level, allowing for aggressive fishing with excellent operability.

HAGANE GEAR
HAGANE gear is forged to micron-level precision by compressing a block of metal. Precision cold forging technology does not scrape the surface or destroy the internal metal structure, achieving incredible durability and winding comfort. Allows for light and powerful winding that will not be affected by big fish.

X-SHIP
Large diameter drive gear, optimal positioning of pinion gear, and two-point support by pinion gear bearings. These make the gear meshing stronger, maximizing winding power while maintaining light reeling. Allows for powerful fights while conveying detailed information about changing underwater conditions.

COREPROTECT
Prevents water from entering from all angles while maintaining response.
Special water-repellent treatment that turns water into droplets and repels them on each part, and special grease sealing treatment blocks the entry of water and foreign objects while maintaining lightness and response. In addition, the mating surfaces of the body are flattened, water-repellent treatment is added, and the stopper lever is eliminated to prevent water from entering from the front, sides, and back of the body. Maintains initial rotation performance for a long time.
Widened bail opening angle
The bail opening angle has been greatly increased to suppress unexpected turning back during casting. Prevents line breaks caused by sudden bail turning back.
Low-friction roller clutch
Uses a new stopper bearing with revised contact points to significantly reduce friction. Directly transmits the angler's intention and power to the line.
Large-diameter drag knob
The new drag knob has a larger diameter, improving finger grip during the fight. Allows smooth drag adjustment even with big fish.
