Specific gravity of 1.10 provides excellent float performance

The base nylon is mixed with another material with a lighter specific gravity. Normally, when another material is mixed with nylon, the strength is reduced, but

with this product, we have succeeded in making it lighter, with a specific gravity of 1.10 compared to normal nylon’s 1.14, without reducing the strength.

Super water-repellent plasma improves water absorption durability and operability

Sunline’s proprietary technology “Plasma Rise”. Its effect lasts several times longer than that of ordinary coatings. This thread is endowed with super water-repellent properties, and

the sustained effect suppresses water absorption, which is a weakness of nylon. In addition, the water-repellent properties also lead to good water drainage, resulting in an overwhelming evolution of the operability.
