SLP WORKS 25 Saltiga DRD Radiation Knob

DRD is an all-new drag mechanism that withstands the repeated long-term action of large fish and prevents wear and seizure at high drag levels. Instead of the carbon washers used in conventional drags, this new DRD washer features eight metal rollers mounted on a single metal plate. It minimizes drag force loss due to frictional heat and boasts durability five times greater than that of carbon washers.

While DRD is not available on the 25 Saltiga 8000-14000 models, installing this SLP WORKS "DRD14000 Spool" and "DRD Radiation Knob" will enable you to use a DRD drag.

If you are using a 25 SALTIGA DRD 14000 spool on a 25 SALTIGA 8000/10000/14000, please replace the drag knob with this product.
