In order to achieve significant weight reduction, we have newly adopted [Spiral X Core] that realizes light and strong blanks and [Carbon Monocoque Grip] that brings further weight reduction and high sensitivity. Thanks to the weight reduction, the sharpness and response during operation have been greatly improved, and it has evolved as a rod that allows you to enjoy more accurate games.
And the lineup has a wide range of lengths and abundant items from L to MH power that supports from lightweight plugs to metal jigs over 50 g. The field is suitable for all scenes of short-range and long-distance battles such as harbors, brackish lakes, rivers, offshore banks, surfs and rocky shores.
It is useful for capturing a wide variety of targets such as blackfin seabass, flatfish, blue-backed fish and migratory fish, represented by seabass.

Bait rod with excellent balance between power and long castability

Suitable for 10 to 15 cm class minnows, 15 to 30 g class vibrations and blade baits. Shimano's original design and manufacturing method thoroughly pursues even higher strength in all directions such as bending, twisting, and crushing. Shimano's original basic structure Spiral X, which enhances rod performance from the ground up, uses carbon tape using high-strength resin realized by Nano Alloy® technology. Achieves even higher strength with selected materials. Achieves twist strength 1.4 times and crush strength 2.5 times compared to general structures (compared to our company). Furthermore, compared to Spiral X, we have achieved a 10% increase in twist strength and a 15% increase in crush strength (compared to our company).
