The newly designed blanks are equipped with an evolved basic structure spiral X core and reinforced structure high power X, eliminating rod shake during casting and power loss during fighting. Furthermore, by adopting the Rainbow Titanium Ceramic Coat, which can be said to be the symbol of Area Limited, weight reduction and high sensitivity are realized. In order to reign as Shimano highest peak area trout rod, we have thoroughly sharpened the cast performance, reeling sensitivity, rod operability, fight performance, etc.

S60SUL-FF

A rod "S60SUL-FF" that is especially suitable for delicate offensive fishing using a micro spoon of less than 1g to a spoon of about 2.5g or a small plug. By fusing the supple [Soft Tube Top] with the moderately taut berry-bat, you can hang a short bite that is often used during slow retrieve. Also, due to its moderate tension, it is suitable for offensive fishing with small top water and minnow that require rod operation. Next-generation basic structure that has evolved through the adoption of high-strength materials.

Shimano's original design and manufacturing method thoroughly pursues even higher strength in all directions such as bending, twisting, and crushing. Shimano's original basic structure Spiral X, which enhances rod performance from the ground up, uses carbon tape using high-strength resin realized by Nano Alloy® technology. Achieves even higher strength with selected materials. Achieves twist strength 1.4 times and crush strength 2.5 times compared to general structures (compared to our company). Furthermore, compared to Spiral X, we have achieved a 10% increase in twist strength and a 15% increase in crush strength (compared to our company).

High Power X :

Reinforced structure that further suppresses twisting that occurs during casting and fighting. The feature is that the carbon tape is tightened in an X shape from the outermost layer of Spiral X or the carbon sheet vertical and horizontal crossing structure. As a result, the bending of the rod keeps the direction intended by the angler, and the original performance of the blanks is fully exhibited.

Muscle Carbon : 

Muscle carbon is a high-performance material that significantly reduces the gaps between fibers by bundling carbon fibers at a higher density than ordinary carbon materials, and reduces the amount of resin that fills the gaps.

Soft Tube Top :
