The Grappler creates a smooth and flexible fall by linking the fall lever and level wind. The high gear with a maximum winding length of 78 cm handles fine one-pitch jerks without stress, and is suitable for a wide range of near-shore targets from grunt, rockfish to bluefish. Of course, it is also equipped with micro module gears and X-SHIP. A new drive system in which small precision gears mesh tightly.
The ultra-small precision gears and elaborate body housing provide a "silky" winding feel that you have never experienced before. The vibration level is less than half that of conventional gears (compared to our company), and the increased number of meshing teeth ensures strength that surpasses conventional gears. X-Ship
Larger diameter drive gear, optimal positioning of both pinion and drive gears, two-point support by pinion gear bearings. These sturdy gear meshing maintains light and easy reeling that is resistant to loads.

HAGANE Body

X-Protect
An impregnable waterproof system.
By using a waterproof wall and special water-repellent grease in combination, it firmly protects water from entering the drive gear shaft spool side bearing. A waterproof wall is also installed on the inside of the spool to reduce water intrusion into the spool shaft bearing.

Fall Lever
A newly designed lever that allows easy and accurate control of fall speed, which was previously difficult to control.
