Infinity Drive
The conventional X-SHIP structure achieved light winding by supporting both ends of the pinion gear with bearings. This new model is equipped with an Infinity Drive structure that further evolves that structure. The main shaft, which was previously supported by the pinion gear, is now non-contact and supported by a special low-friction bush, significantly reducing the sliding resistance of the main shaft. In addition, a special surface treatment has been applied to the main shaft itself, succeeding in further reducing friction. The rotational torque has been reduced by approximately 30% compared to the previous model, evolving into a powerful reel that can actively wind even under high load.

Heat sink drag
The conventional X-tough drag has an innovative structure in which the drag mechanism is located at the bottom of the spool, achieving overwhelming drag performance and improved durability. This new model is equipped with a heat sink drag that has evolved to be even more heat resistant. The "heat sink panel" that releases heat generated in the drag section to the outside of the spool improves drag force loss due to heat sagging by about 50%. In addition, the "insulating sheet" that blocks heat flowing to the spool winding section has succeeded in reducing the temperature rise of the winding section by about 30%. It has evolved into a drag that is gentler on the line and more stable. *Only installed in 10000/#14000

X Protect for line roller
The X Protect structure was installed in the stopper bearing section of the previous model and greatly contributed to achieving high waterproof performance. The new Stella SW is equipped with the X-Protect structure not only in the stopper bearing section, but also in the line roller section, further improving waterproof performance. As with the stopper bearing section, the structure has evolved to withstand high water pressure by physically blocking the intrusion path of seawater with a sealing material as shown in the figure. The bearing inside the line roller is protected from harsh environments, and the durability of the bearing is more than 10 times longer than conventional products.
