PENN Slammer IV 4500
Overview
Robust, highly durable and compatible with tough salt water games. Newly designed slammer drag adds bearings. Uses water-repellent line roller bearings to drastically reduce the salt shaving phenomenon.
The lightweight rotor reduces the moment of inertia by 10% and improves the lightness of winding comfort. Depending on the size, it supports high-performance drag and rigidity from GT, tuna, sailfish to amberjack, amberjack, yellowtail and other blue-backed fish games.

Body and spool of TPX6 standard
1PX is a code indicating the waterproof grade set by the international standard. IPX6 is a level where it will not break even if it is strongly exposed to water from a human direction, and it is a waterproof function that can withstand 100 liters of water per minute from a position of 2.5m-3 m. The Slammer IV is extremely durable even when used in saltwater games where it is constantly exposed to sea spray.

Shielded Slammer Drag / Duradrag
The CNC Gear made by the latest computer control and precision machining machines provides excellent durability and smooth rotation.

Plastic CNC main gear
The brass CNC Gear made by the latest computer control and precision machining machines provides excellent durability and smooth rotation.

10% reduction in moment of inertia
The moment of inertia is 10% lower than the lighter rotor design. Improved lightness of winding comfort.

Water-lifting line roller bearing
Water-lifting bearings are used for the hole bearings of the line roller. Reduced the problem of sticking.
