<Procedure 1> Connect the attached air bag and bed (turn the valve several times together)
<Procedure 2> Open the mouth of the air bag, roll it round and round, and send the air inside to the bed
Repeat 7 to 8 times . Air collects in the bed (time required for filling: about 2 to 4 minutes) 

The air bag can be used as a pillow or as a carry bag for storing the bed.
