• Why won't the Ice Pack freeze? Ensure the freezer is set to -20°C or lower. Set the freezer temperature to the strongest setting (-20°C). During summer, the cooling capacity of the freezer itself may decrease, causing the internal temperature to rise, which could prevent freezing. Avoid stacking Ice Packs or allowing them to come into contact with other foods.
• What are the contents of the Ice Pack? It uses plant-based natural polymers, so even if the container is damaged and contents leak, it will not harm humans. Due to the use of natural ingredients, formulations may vary depending on the production period, but this does not affect its freezing ability.
