What is needed for a PE line for fishing? We developed everything from scratch to find the answer.

First, we developed a high-quality PE material using the world’s top-level technology, such as cutting-edge GEL stretching, to make the PE line material. This makes the strength and durability of the PE material comparable to that of space science applications.

Next, regarding the braiding process of the PE material, we used the patented “Vacuum AIR BRAID method” that braids the line with the power of air, and the ideal ultimate braiding, such as 2×4 Vacuum Air braid 8, to improve the roundness that creates a dramatic flight distance when casting, and to minimize the occurrence of microvoids (tiny gaps) that are inhibitors to obtaining significant strength, and line crossings that occur during braiding, which has resulted in the highest level of low elongation and improved line sensitivity.

This is an innovative method compared to conventional mechanical braiding methods. And one thing that should not be forgotten is the final finishing touch, which is line coating. General PE line coatings are vulnerable to UV rays and deteriorate, causing the PE line to become waterlogged, accelerating line deterioration, and reducing casting distance, strength, and durability.

AIR BRAID is coated with a special UV-resistant coating and combines it with our line coating agent “NCO Reactor” to create a unique coating that is as flexible as a nylon line. AIR BRAID is a PE line innovation, a PE line that is stronger than any other PE line in the world.
