NAGASHIMA Epoxy Hundred Coat 60 cc

Overview
It is a high-strength coating agent that can be used for various materials that does not contain solvents and cures by tissue bonding due to chemical changes. It is a coating agent that can be applied thickly using the familiar epoxy resin that is also used for strong adhesives.Although the beauty of the surface finish is one step higher than that of two-component urethane, it is often used in places where strength is particularly required because it is superior in terms of adhesion, waterproofness, and durability against scratches. The epoxy group in the molecular structure of the epoxy resin reacts with the curing agent to bond and cure between the molecules, so adhesive curing is also excellent.Since it does not use a solvent, it exerts strong adhesive hardening without attacking resin and other materials, so it is excellent for repairing resin lures and coating threads for fixing guides when building rods. ..How to use : Mix liquid A and liquid B well in the attached cup at a ratio of 1: 1 (important! If the ratio is different, the surface will become sticky without hardening). The general methods are brush coating, injection, and sink coating. When the temperature is high, the viscosity decreases and the curing time is relatively short, but since the curing time is relatively long, it may react with the moisture in the air and become cloudy before curing on a humid day. Please be careful.Since the pot life is about 20 minutes, relatively quick work is required, but it takes longer to cure than two-component urethane. The initial curing takes about 80 minutes and 24 hours, and it takes 3 days or more to completely cure.(Depends on temperature and humidity)Contents : A liquid 30cc ; B liquid 30cc.Color : colorless and transparent.Classification of ingredients : Nitrocellulose solvent-based synthetic resin paint.
