A plier holder for carrying pliers and scissors.

The upper tier can store general pliers up to medium size, and the lower tier can store small pliers, PE line cutters, etc.

There is a loop at the top of the back for the carabiner to pass through.

By opening the stopper from above, you can close it with one hand when returning the pliers.
