While there are variations in length and action, all models maintain the signature action passed down by Kurodai Kobo, where the rod bends smoothly from the tip to the grip. Three types of action are available:

1. "Honchoshi" - Ultra-soft action, ideal for enjoying the finesse of playing a fish.
2. "Chuko" - Medium-hard action, offering versatility and suitability for all-round fishing, including float fishing.
3. "Kocho" - Hard action, designed for a fast-paced fight with strong rigs.

These rods combine traditional beauty, enhancing the excitement of kurodai (black sea bream) fishing, with a focus on the pleasure of the experience.

High-Elastic Glass & High-Strength Carbon Material: The rod is constructed using a combination of high-elasticity glass fiber and high-strength carbon, enhancing its durability and flexibility.

High-Sensitivity Titanium Tip: Each action type features a specialized high-sensitivity titanium tip—CUSTOM-Hechi TYPE-SM for "Honchoshi," TYPE-MM for "Chuko," and TYPE-HM for "Kocho."

In-Low Joint Construction: This joint design ensures a smoother bend and seamless transitions between rod sections.

Comfortable Grip: The grip is wrapped in artificial rattan and cotton thread, offering a traditional look with improved grip comfort.

Traditional Japanese Rod Finish: The body of the rod is finished with a traditional Japanese rod coating, emphasizing aesthetics.

Natural Wood Elbow Rest: The rod features an elbow rest made from natural wood for additional comfort during use.

Decorative Abalone Shell on Rod End: The rod end is decorated with an abalone shell seal, adding a touch of luxury.

Rod Bag Included: Comes with a specially designed rod bag for convenient storage and transport.

Tip Storage Inside Rod: The rod tip (#3) can be stored inside the base of the rod for protection.
