The Fox Pellet Pegs are designed for convenient and effective bait presentation of trout or halibut pellets. The shape of the Pellet Peg was chosen to ensure a secure hold, even for pellets that have already been softened in the water. Hair no longer pulls through the bait during casting and fishing. It also prevents smaller fish from attacking the pellet and stops the stopper from slipping out of the hair loop. After drilling through the pellet with our 1,5 mm nut drill, the pellet peg fits exactly into the hole created. This is closed, no water penetrates inside the pellet, so the hook bait stays hard and stays on the hook longer. The color of the pellet pegs is perfectly matched to the trout and halibut pellets and, thanks to their shape, can be used on the outside at the end or across the pellet.
