The raw thread is made of the ultra-high-strength polyethylene fiber “IZANAS” from the world-famous brand Toyobo.

It is closely woven with micro-pitch braiding processing and special heat treatment is applied to make each raw thread adhere to each other. This increases the roundness and creates a firmness and stiffness that could not be achieved with conventional PE, greatly improving the abrasion resistance, which was a weak point.

In addition, the silicone coating increases abrasion resistance and achieves exquisite firmness and stiffness with good operability.
