At our company, if you request line winding (purchasing an electric reel and PE line set), we wind the PE line on all reels using a line tensioner and drag checker.

When using a general all-metal thread winder or a towel to apply tension to the line, frictional heat is generated when applying tension, which can cause quality deterioration. This line tensioner's large drum and rubber ring insulate the heat, allowing the PE line to be wound onto the reel in the best condition when winding the line.

The unique tension adjustment structure allows for subtle and accurate tension settings, and the line is wound up at a constant tension to maintain the original strength of the PE line. (The line tension is measured with a drag checker every time.)

Daiwa was the first in the industry to put the "JOG Power Lever" into practical use. The power lever, which was previously located on the top right of the reel body, has been moved to the center, and the shape is a dial type that is intuitive and easy to operate. This allows you to perform a wide variety of operations, such as turning the clutch on and off, cutting the depth, resetting the depth, adjusting the depth, and winding up, with just the thumb of the hand holding the rod. When you hold the rod, your thumb naturally rests on the top of the reel body, so it is an ergonomically reasonable position and shape. Your free hand is completely free from lever operation, and you don't have to worry about changing rods. Magmite structure & FF structure
The magmite structure makes full use of the limited space inside the electric reel to maximize the power of the motor. Achieves maximum power and speed in a small space. It also improves the cooling effect of the motor, contributing to further improving the motor drive efficiency. The motor is placed in front of the spool to design the reel with a low profile, making it easier to hold and use. In addition, a level wind is placed between the motor and the spool to achieve further compactness.

ATD (Automatic Drag System)
As the name "automatic" suggests, this is a new generation drag system that operates smoothly in response to the pull of the fish and continues to work while smoothly changing. Aluminum Round Knob
