Precise all-machine cut frame & both side plates
The frame and side plates of the Millionnaire are all machined from carefully selected solid aluminum. The reason for this is to create a sturdy and distortion-free body. The robustness of aluminum material makes it unsuitable for casting (a process in which a mold is used to create the rough shape). Conversely, forging, which is easier to process, can only produce a soft body, which can lead to distortion and warping. For this reason, the Millionnaire's body is "all machine cut," eliminating any other processes such as forging. As a result, the gear support precision, which greatly affects the rotational performance of the reel, is exceptionally high, and it also excels in smooth winding. Furthermore, the distortion-free body makes it possible to equip the gear unit on the frame, resulting in a monocoque body that is a major step forward from the conventional set plate method.
