Rod mounting method : 1. Turn and loosen the lock ring so that the smart head will move up.2. One side will come out of the lock ring.Fold and insert the rod, align the thread so that the smart head will go down horizontally, and turn the lock ring to tighten and secure the rod.(If the lock ring becomes hard while tightening it, the screw thread is not lining up with its receiving thread. Loosen the screw and try again.)3. Use the provided wrench to secure the rod tightly if necessary.(Overtightening will damage the rod.)4. Change the smart head according to the rod diameter.(The rod can be removed when the lock ring is fully loosened.)
