The new AIR BEAM SEAT enhances attacking power, ensuring that 21STEEZ never loosens its grip on the angler and the rod, the direct contact points. The seat is designed with reduced steps between the trigger and the rear, and the hood is angled to fit any grip style comfortably. The trigger itself is designed to be thin and short, allowing the index finger to support during casting and smoothly transition to 2 or 3 fingers for retrieval without interference from the middle or ring fingers.

To win in today's toughening fields of fishing, the Shore Competition (SC) bait finesse rod, the 24 Wearwolf, has been completed with enhancements throughout while maintaining the superiority of its predecessor.

The previous model, the 19 Wearwolf, inherited the M power tip from the 08 Wearwolf and combined it with the ML power butt in DAIWA's traditional multi-taper design, wrapped in the unique sensory material SVF Compile-X. While maintaining the major feature of bending parabolically up to the butt and sharply ejecting lightweight lures with the strong rebound force characteristic of SVF Compile-X, it has evolved to be "more delicate and stronger."

In recent times, there have been many instances of weak bites due to suspicious eating, even for the tried-and-true techniques like suspended Small Rubber Jig and Snagless Neko Rig. To reliably hook them, the Wearwolf's strong tip, a characteristic feature, has been equipped with delicacy and responsiveness without compromising sensitivity with the introduction of "Mega Top R" for the first time in a bass rod. Furthermore, the solidification of the Mega Top R's tip enhances the bottom sensing ability and the feeling of undulation, drastically improving operability.

In addition, there has been a departure from excessive weight reduction from the 08 Wearwolf to the 19 Wearwolf. Instead of resolving the feeling of bending at the moment of hooking with a power-up, the issue was addressed by maintaining the taper and adding thickness and 3DX. Furthermore, by reassessing the guide balance, the maximum power of the blank was extracted, resulting in improved hooking power and lifting power.
