This is a soft-action interline mebaru rod designed to present bait naturally without causing any discomfort to the fish and allowing anglers to target follow-up bites effectively.

The rod aims to pursue flexibility that does not hinder mebaru's feeding and enables anglers to aim for multiple hookups. It features an interline design to prevent line tangling with the guides, ensuring comfortable fishing throughout the day. The rod's interior is treated with super hydrophobic dry processing to achieve smooth line release without contacting the external guides. The TOP-IN system allows for easy threading and unthreading of the line from the top.

With each section stored inside the original rod, it offers high portability, and its structure allows for easy storage without damaging the line, as the line can remain threaded while collapsing the rod. The "X45" and "V-Joint" features integrated into the blank prevent twisting, ensuring smooth bending and reducing power loss.

The reel seat adopts an Air Sensor seat for lightweight construction and ideal palm fit.

"Interline" technology

The "Interline" technology, often focused solely on the internal structure of the rod, has characteristics beyond just the inside of the rod. Daiwa's "Interline" rods, with the exception of some short rods like squid fishing rods, feature a "Top-In" construction. "Top-In" refers to a thread-through system where, after setting the reel, the wire is extended from the top of the rod, passed through the entrance guide, and the line is pulled through the wire to thread it. This makes threading the line through the rod's interior much easier! Furthermore, each section of the rod is neatly stored in the original rod, preventing the line from tangling or getting caught. Therefore, it's possible to simply extend the rod upon reaching the fishing spot, making setup complete!

1．Set the reel and extend the top section
2．Thread the wire through from the top down to the entrance guide.
3．Thread the main line through the wire that comes out from the entrance guide.
4．Pull the wire out from the top, - setup is complete.
