Introducing the SALTIGA Rough Ride with the high-response & diving action specialized “Hiromasa Tune”! With “high buoyancy” and “exquisite eye tuning,” it offers flexible high-response diving and wobble-roll actions. The quick slide action during the end of the retrieve and the rise stimulates the instinct of yellowtail and triggers their feeding switch. During fast retrieval, the lure appeals to the bite zone from the water surface to just below the surface with a smooth action, making the yellowtail, which only reacts to speed, bite.

  140F: The SALTIGA Rough Ride 140F Hiromasa Tune, being smaller in size, requires precise and delicate rod actions. Think of the 160F as an automatic, and the 140F as more manual. While the 160F can be fished with minimal thought, the 140F, being smaller, requires careful attention to the size and speed of rod inputs. This controls the depth at which the lure dives and creates the best movement. For manual-type rods, we recommend ones with appropriate firmness and responsiveness, such as the “SALTIGA C83-6” and “OUTRAGE C82-6”.
