A 45° carbon bias wrap applied from the very tip—the section most prone to torsional distortion—creating a structure that suppresses twist at the most effective outermost layer.
The result is a dramatic increase in torsional rigidity, enabling unprecedented casting accuracy and allowing the rod’s inherent blank performance to fully manifest during casting, action, hooking, and fighting.

A high-density SVF carbon blank structure enhanced with Toray Nanoalloy Technology via Daiwa’s proprietary processing.
