A 2-way action shinpen with a DUAL (2) eye structure mounted on a metal plate tower.

Produce two actions with one lure. When using the upper eye: Slow pitch wide swing with dead throw to slow retrieve support. Fluttering irregular darts can be generated on Twitch with almost no line troubles, and you can make a gap between eating (dart while flat). When using the lower eye: Tight vibration that trembles slowly.
