It features nimble handling like an eging rod and sufficient power and strength to handle bluefish, fully casting 30g jigs. The sensitive tip and specification that reduces trouble even with thin PE lines (0.6) make it ideal for freely exploring with lightweight jigs and attracting bluefish and bottom fish.

The X series, which serves as the entry model, has a straightforward and orthodox action, making it easy to grasp the timing for casting and jerking.

Daiwa Technology:

• BRAIDING X: Reinforces the outermost layer of the blank's butt section with carbon tape in an X-shape, suppressing twists that lead to power loss during rod operation. This structure maintains high strength while keeping the blank slim, reducing the sense of weight and enhancing operability.

• HVF Carbon: Daiwa focuses on not only the high elasticity of the carbon fibers but also on reducing the amount of resin, which acts as a binder for the carbon fibers. The "High-Density HVF Carbon," which reduces the resin content and increases the carbon fiber density, results in a more muscular and powerful blank, ideal for rods emphasizing toughness and strength.

• X45: To prevent twisting that occurs during casting, action, hooking, and fighting, Daiwa's long-term research concluded that adding a 45° bias cross (±45° angled carbon fibers) to the traditional structure (0° and 90°) is optimal. Incorporating X45 prevents twisting and significantly enhances power, operability, and sensitivity.
