To suppress rod twist during casting, retrieving, hooksets, and fighting, DAIWA developed a bias construction using carbon fibers angled at ±45° in addition to the conventional 0° and 90° layering. The result is enhanced power, precision, and sensitivity, thanks to significant twist resistance.

AIR SENSOR SEAT

This lightweight, high-strength, and highly sensitive reel seat incorporates carbon fiber for greater responsiveness. Designed specifically for each rod model, it offers ergonomic performance unattainable with generic reel seats.
