A slim body design eliminates excess bulk, making the reel lightweight, easy to handle, and improving hand sensitivity. Equipped with basic functions of a wakasagi reel with a counter.

Key Features:

• Depth Stop
  Standard model with the essential “Depth Stop” function for counter-equipped wakasagi reels.
• Depth Counter Adjustment
  Allows you to calibrate the reel’s counter to match the depth shown on your fish finder. Even in conditions where sinkers are hard to detect, you can accurately target the desired depth while watching the counter.
• Selectable Boat-Edge Stop (3 Speed Modes)
  In addition to the conventional boat-edge reduction stop (Po2), you can select:
  • Po1: Slow – ideal for preventing early bites or ice fishing.
  • Po2: Normal – standard reduction stop.
  • Po3: Power – useful for multiple-hook catches of large wakasagi.
• Full Reset
  Reset all settings to default if counter errors occur or if you want to start fresh.
• Power Options
  Runs on standard alkaline batteries or can be powered externally using the Crystia Wakasagi AIR external power unit (sold separately).

Attachment for Stable Leg Plate

• Can attach the Crystia Wakasagi “Stable Leg” (sold separately) to prevent reel lifting during high-speed retrieval.

5 mm Rod Tip Compatible

• Accepts rod tips with a 5 mm diameter. Insert fully and ensure secure fixation. Check periodically during use, as vibration may loosen the tip.

Boat-Edge Stop Guide

• Switch-type boat-edge stop prevents tip tangling from over-retrieval.

V-Spool

• V-shaped spool ensures even line winding and smooth line release during rig descent.
• Equipped with two ball bearings for excellent rotation; even light rigs descend smoothly.

Not compatible with E-series spools.

Line Stopper

• Three line stoppers on top of the spool allow you to automatically stop the rig at the same depth each time, targeting the active fish layer.

Short Spool Screw to Prevent Backlash Snagging

Not compatible with MR/SR/CR/CR-PT/CRT/E-series.

Clutch Lever

• Right: clutch “Free” (spool free, line can run out).
• Left: clutch “Lock” (spool locked, retrieval possible).
• Side retrieval switch also locks the spool.

Quick & Continuous Retrieve

• Brief press → small lift (“Quick Retrieve”).
• Hold >1 sec → continuous retrieve, even after releasing the switch.
• Press again to stop.

Large LCD Panel

• Depth counter is clearly visible.
• Depth stop function is displayed within the panel for at-a-glance awareness.

Attachment for Safety Rope

• Can attach a wrist strap for added security to prevent accidental drops.
