DAIWA Blast SJ 63B-2
Overview
Slow jigging basic model
BLAST SJ was developed as a basic model for slow jigging. The highly elastic blank made by tightening HVF carbon with Braiding X made it possible to bend and fight like the upper model as well as the tip return. All-SiC stainless steel K guide is used to reduce the consumption of expensive fine PE lines. It meets the actual fishing performance that is comparable to the upper model.
63B-2
Supports inshore slow jigging. A model with a 120-200g class jig that is mainly used for blue-backed fish and root fish, and is also compatible with a slightly deeper blackthroat seaperch.
■ Blank
Braiding X is used for the blank exterior to improve not only performance but also appearance.
■ Reel seat
Adopting Fuji PULS seat
A reel seat that is also popular in SALTIGA and CATALINA.
■ Bat joint
Daiwa's first bat joint structure. Excellent portability and easy transportation
TECHNOLOGY :
■ HVF
In the carbon sheet that has the greatest effect on rod performance, Daiwa pays attention not only to the high elasticity of the carbon fiber itself, but also to the amount of adhesive resin that holds the carbon fiber together. "High-density HVF carbon", which reduces the amount of resin, which can be said to be extravagant, and instead increases the density of carbon fiber, is more muscular and powerful. It is the best material for rods that emphasize stickiness and strength.
■ Braiding X
By tightening the outermost layer of the blank butt section with carbon tape in an X shape, a reinforced structure to suppress twisting that leads to power loss during rod operation. Operability is improved by ensuring high strength even if it is thin and reducing the feeling of weight.
