While Toshinari Namiki's fishing style, symbolized by the "Machine Guncast" (MC), solidly anchored with TYPE-I, II, and III in 21STEEZ, he sought the next model that would cater to the indispensable lightweight lures of modern fields.

If we were to compare it to the previous STEEZ, it would be akin to a successor to TYPE-0.5. No, it's different. What Namiki strongly emphasizes in the modern STEEZ is adaptability to various styles. The mission of the MC series is perceived as responding to a higher level of Light-class lures with one tackle. The source of this lies in the taper design.

Among the three models introduced in 21STEEZ, TYPE-II and III adopted the aforementioned V-shaped taper. Both are models that gradually master the weights of wire baits and jigs & worms. The stiff tip allows for sharp swings, enabling precise casting even with small inputs while enhancing accuracy performance.
