X carbonology :

The butt section employs 'X Carbonology,' a method of reinforcing by wrapping carbon material in an X-shaped pattern. This reliable technique functions even against forces from diagonal directions, reducing power loss in the twisting direction during casting's most powerful moments and hook-setting, allowing the blank's inherent power to be fully realized. Additionally, it contributes to a linear feel during retrieval and fighting. It also adds contrast to the blue blank, contributing to the design.

A combination of cork and EVA :
